- The result of the present study showed that the ethanolic leaves extract of Brassica oleracea L. var. capitata which contains highest amount of phenolic compounds exhibited the greatest anti-oxidant activity than Petroleum Ether, ethylacetate, chloroform and aqueous extracts.
